The longer version

I start by reading what you’ve already published. Who was each piece meant for? What does it give that reader? Is the information still useful? Those questions help us decide what to keep, revise, or retire.

We start with what you’ve already published and the people you want to reach. From there, we choose the subjects you can write about well, decide how often you can publish, and build a calendar your team can actually use. I can stay involved or help your team take it from there.

Who it’s for

Who this is for.

Teams buried by the calendar

You’re publishing regularly and want to understand what people find useful. I help you look at the work and the results before deciding what to make next.

Brands restarting a quiet channel

Your blog or social accounts have been quiet. We can plan a return that fits the time and people you have, so it’s easier to keep going.

Leaders who have to defend the budget

You need to explain what content is doing for the business, in numbers your leadership already cares about.

Monthly check-ins

A look at what moved readers, what didn’t, and what we change in the calendar because of it.

Process

How it goes.

01

Look atwhat you have

I read your published work alongside the results, looking for useful pieces to build on and older material that needs attention.

02

Pickthe topics

We agree on three or four core topics and the few numbers everyone, leadership included, will watch.

03

Getit moving

The calendar goes live, writers get their briefs, and nothing publishes without a quality check.

04

Learn& adjust

Every month we look at what landed and what missed, and the next round of briefs changes because of it.

FAQ

Questions before we start.

Do you replace our content team?

I can work alongside your content team: building the plan and briefs, supporting the writers, and meeting monthly to review the results.

Can we skip the audit?

The review gives us a starting point. It shows what you already have, what’s useful, and what needs attention, so the new plan builds on the work instead of repeating it.

How do you handle SEO?

I plan content around the questions people bring to search and the answers we can support. I check the headings, structure and source links alongside the copy. I won't stuff a page with keywords or promise a ranking I can't guarantee.

Which metrics do you track?

In the first week, we choose three measures together: one for reach, one for engagement, and one tied to your business goals. Those give the monthly review a clear focus.
