The longer version

I read the homepage, welcome email, and sales deck together. They may have been written at different times by different people. I look for where the explanations agree, where they get muddled, and what the reader still needs to know.

Then I write from the clearest idea in that material, working through the drafts with you. The finished pieces should sound like they belong to the same company while giving each page, email, or script enough room to do its own job.

Who it’s for

Who I write for.

Founders who outgrew the first draft

Your first website explained the company as it was then. You’ve added products, changed direction, or found a different audience. I help the words catch up with the work.

Marketing leads with a full plate

You have the plan and the calendar. I can take on the writing, work through feedback with your team, and keep the pieces moving toward the deadline.

Agencies that need a senior writer

You need a writer who can learn the brief, work well with your team, and meet the deadline. I can write as part of your agency or work directly with your client.

In scope

What I can write for you.

01

A voice guide

How you sound, written down. Rhythm, favorite words, words to retire, and real examples your team can borrow.

02

Websites & landing pages

Your homepage, product pages, about page, and the pages that ask for a decision. Each one built around what the reader is trying to figure out.

03

Emails people open

Welcome emails, gentle nudges, come-back notes, and product news, written like a note from a person.

04

Ads & short video

Scripts cut to 30, 15, and 6 seconds for social and online video. A hook, a payoff, and one clear thing to do next.

05

Copy check-ups

I read the site page by page, identify the places that are hard to follow, and start with the rewrites likely to help readers most.

06

The small words in your product

Buttons, empty screens, feature notes, and checkout steps. The small instructions people need while they’re trying to do something.

Process

How it goes.

01

I read everything

I read your drafts, pitch decks, customer interviews, and support tickets. They help me hear how you explain the work and what people ask about it.

02

We name the voice

We agree on three words that describe you, the phrases we’re retiring, and five lines your team can write toward.

03

I write, you react

First drafts land in five to ten business days. We go through your notes together on a call, then I revise and finish the main pieces.

04

You keep the voice

The finished copy, the voice we agreed on, and a walkthrough with your team so everyone hears how it’s meant to sound.

FAQ

Questions before we start.

Do you write in your voice or ours?

Yours. I look for how you explain things at your clearest, then develop examples your team can use. The copy should feel at home alongside the work you already do.

How long does a project take?

A voice sprint with one key page rewritten takes two weeks. A full site rewrite runs six to eight weeks. We set the timeline together before anything starts.

Can you work inside our design tools?

Yes. I’ll work in Figma, Google Docs, Notion, wherever your team already lives, right next to your designers so the copy fits the layout from the first draft.

What happens if we need changes?

Two rounds of revisions come with every fixed project. We go through your notes together on a call, agree on what needs to change, and work through the next draft.

Send me the messy version.

Send me the page, the brief, or the draft you’ve been wrestling with. A few notes about what needs to change will help us get started. I read every message myself and reply within 48 hours.
